No washing RV's or cars in campground. (Wash facility is 1 mile north on Topeka Blvd.) |

State and county laws require: All pets must be on a leash. No pets in facilities. Pets are welcome if kept under control. |

|
State and county laws also require: No draining of sink water into campground area. |
|
|
Firecrackers, fireworks, firearms or any type of explosives are not permitted on the campground. |
|
|
Campfires permitted only at times and in areas designated by management. |
|
|
Put trash in dumpster, please. |
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EVICT ANYONE GUILTY OF MISCONDUCT. (NO REFUNDS.)
Rent: Rent is due on your anniversary date.
If you move in on the 10th of the month, your rent is due on the 10th of each
month. When you move in, a meter reading will be taken. When you pay
your rent each month, bring your current meter reading to the office so the
utility fee can be added to your rent.
Deposit: Refunded when you pay your final utility fee.
Refund Policy: Management does not offer refunds to campers who leave prior to their anniversary date.
Late Fees: If your rent is late, a service charge is added. 1st time late--$20. 2nd time late--$30. If this continues to be a problem, you may be asked to leave. Returned checks will be charged a $20 service charge, and all future payments will be cash only.
Telephone & Modem: Modem and WIFI internet service is available on site. Phone service is available at several sites. Check with management for details.
Television: Cable TV is not available in this area. Local stations can be received with antenna's. Satellite dishes may be mounted on the ground, but only in gravel. Not in the grass.
Mail: Check with the Pauline Post Office for a P.O. Box.
Trash: You are responsible for placing your trash in the dumpster, located on the south end of the park.
Parking: There is parking for one vehicle per site. If you have more than one vehicle, please check with The Management for a parking location.
Pets: You are responsible for your pets. They can not run loose, or be left outside unattended. Please pick up droppings from your pets. If we receive complaints you may be asked to leave.
Mechanical Work and Washing: Not allowed without approval.
Laundry room & Bathhouse: Open 24 hours & is smoke free.
Clotheslines: Not allowed in park.
Winterizing: It is your responsibility to heat tape and insulate your hose and our hydrant, or Management will shut off and lock hydrant if temperature falls below 32 degrees. It is recommended that you insulate your sewer hose.
Propane: In winter, 100 LB. bottles are usually available. Check with Management for details on price.
Behavior: Loud or obnoxious behavior is never welcome. We enforce a zero tolerance policy. No refunds are made to campers who are asked to leave.
Enjoyment: We want you to enjoy your stay. If you have suggestions on how we can improve your stay, please let us know!
Acknowledge: Please let Management know that you have received and agree to adhere to park rules.
